Is love to do those fenders and 40s but no one makes gears for our truck. Sooner than later this truck will become a second vehicle. Very bummed there’s no gear options

Agree, but with the 8 speed it's really not that big of a deal to run the stock gearing. It never hunts for gears and never feels under powered. Just don't spend as much time in 8th above 75 mph if the road isn't flat.

The 8 speed has got to be better for going up into the High Country. Lower gearing might help with downhill travel under load. Never seen a runaway truck ramp yet for uphill travel in Utah and Colorado.

Got them here in the Rockies with a 20 mile grade that I live off of. I run the brakes, trailer brakes, and hold in 1st with my 66RFE 6 speed Power Wagon towing 6,200 pounds dry. With 10% grade signs and on 35's it nearly instantly gets up to 35 MPH in a 30 MPH speed limit. Couldn't imagine 40's other than no brakes. Getting a rebuilt transmission after it failed on Soldiers Summit in September.

The truck is essentially a parachute, the aerodynamic braking is rather effective, even going downhill.

Steepest I've come across would have been last summer on the Alpine Loop or a few sections on the White Rim in April. Never felt the truck was running away from me or I was on the brakes more than was prudent. That said, I wasn't towing and even when I do it's in the 3500# range offroad. We all build our trucks do what we want or need them to do. Everything is a tradeoff, in the end physics always wins.

Gotta love the Western Slope of Colorado and the Canyon Lands of Utah. Still enjoy 4 wheeling out there, but not anywhere near the Interstates including the rest areas.

I installed 5:13's in my 2020 PW in May of 2020. Only difference was rear pinion bearings and front pinion seal. Have 21k on gear sets with no issues.

Also installed the Titan remote fuel tank in spare tire location. It works!! Screenshot_20221010-210706.pngScreenshot_20221010-210653.png
