When I had my 1980 Sachs moped, the tool pouch included that exact thing. It was for the spark plug.

While I agree it is a spark plug removal too, I'm pretty sure it is NOT something that came from the factory in a Ram truck. Most likely the previous owner had it because of some type of motorcycle, ATV, or some other machine with a small gas engine (i.e. chain saw, mower, etc...) they regularly had in the bed of the truck. While having to pull and change spark plugs on small engines is pretty common, it is in no way common to have to randomly pull spark plugs on a newer vehicle for any reason....definitely not common enough for the factory to include a tool in the truck.

Spark plug wrench for a motorcycle. My plugs are deep in the cylinder.

That’s not strong enough to loosen tight lug nuts. I have owned a lot of different vehicles and never had this in the tool kit. I believe it was left in the vehicle from someone that either had a motorcycle or lawnmower or some other gas powered yard tool.

Yep. I want to see somebody try to take off a lug nut torqued to 130 ft-lbs. with something like that! Even if a person was strong enough a tool like that would fold in half before the lug nut moved.
