New to the site. Recently purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 with the 6.7 Cummins 110,000 miles. My transmission temp is running 202-203 on interstate not towing or hauling anything. Outside temp 70 degrees running 70-75mph. Also thought I felt it slip slightly when I pulled up the driveway when I got home. I know this is high per other posts regarding normal transmission temps. I do not know when the transmission has been serviced. Would it be a good idea to have this done first (fluid change, etc.) or what route would be the best to take? Will be towing boats in the spring and summer.
