I had this handed to me when I left, not sure if it is considered a bill of sale?
Not a bill of sale in any way. First, this document doesn't mention you at all and there is no acknowledgement by you in the form of a signature that you agreed to a certain price. I hope you do well in this transaction but before you buy your next new vehicle you could use some car-buying 101 instruction. Plenty of information online to be a more prepared and informed buyer or you could PM me if you wish. Fingers crossed for you.

Thank you very much, yes sitting down at a dealership after leaving 2 before that in a pissed off manor having a bit of a frazzled mind is not a good start. I do not believe I will be paying over MSRP, if they try that I would not mind sticking them with the truck, but loosing $1000 is a month or 2 worth of grocery’s these days! I don’t get how the tradesman is the #1 ranked msrp + truck these days as stated online? Seems like the dealer I am going to has a lot full of warlocks, everyone seems to like the warlocks which I don’t know why.

Since youre in NY, and plan to keep it a long time, get some undercoating while it's new. That would be a great investment. And an extended warranty might be a worthwhile peace of mind item to have. Good luck.

I worked in the Western NYS/Buffalo market for FCA from DEC16 through JUN18.
That market is heavily over-dealered with CJDR dealers in my opinion.
Transitowne is one of the big dealer groups in that area. They have a 2nd CJDR store in Williamsville and about another 15 or so CJDR dealers they could dealer trade the truck with.
In the event you choose not to take delivery, that truck won't be in their inventory for 48 hours.
I'm so glad I don't have to drive to Buffalo anymore.................

Thank you, I have a date set for a rust stop treatment On November 9th so it better not snow / salt before then! I preplanned for that, happy my truck came in on a nice sunny day like today and not a ****** winter night like the last failed purchase. Dealer offered ziebart (hard coating) and I don’t like that stuff, I go with the annual oil that creeps.

I choose transit towne after west herr didn’t seem to give a care to what I wanted in my truck that I was buying, not the sales guy there. He was rude, cocky, and questioned why I wanted what I did. Tried to push sales off the lot. I told him from the start I wanted the 6ft4 bed, tried to push everything in inventory. At the end he said oh 6ft4 bed yea we would have to order that. No ****.

I plan on taking delivery if it’s msrp or less, and doesn’t come in scratched to all hell like it was detailed with a old push broom and ram through a bunch of tree branches (Toyota)

You placed a special order build and you don't know how much you're paying for the truck? And you gave them a $1,000 non-refundable deposit?

I guess you're going to pay whatever they tell you you're going to pay. Why should they negotiate with you at this point?

I recently placed a special order but the price was negotiated prior to placing the order. I gave them a $500 refundable deposit.

Im with you on this one.

Ive got some land For Sale in case he’s interested. One plot left….. $1000 cash deposite. Act fast….. going quick :favorites37:

Expensive life lesson. You should have gotten a price locked in at the time of order. Koons is close to you and is doing 5% under invoice, resulting in closer to 4% under invoice once their fees are applied. Complain about negativity all you like, but you are going to pay thousands of dollars more by not doing your research ahead of time and not really understanding the rules of the game about buying vehicles.

Make sure the dealer applies the NOV22 National Ram incentive currently offered on your truck.
For this month there is $825 bonus cash on a new Ram 1500 Classic Tradesman Crew Cab 4x4 6'4" box.
The incentive is 22CNA. Make sure the dealer applies the $825 to your final invoice.

I did have them apply that. Got the truck a bit under sticker and is in my drive way and all is well!

Beer got cracked as soon as I got home and filed my paper work and cleaned my glass / Mirrors, I think the detail person was fuking blind…really my main complaint of everything is how they presented a brand new truck. Guy went to put on my registration sticker and I said oh no just leave it I have to clean the windshield first…
