So, a bit over two months ago I got some flashing CELs, took my truck in and it was determined that it needed a new engine. Got approved from my MaxCare Warranty (truck is totally stock, all service done at the dealer). It's a 2014, 6.4 Hemi w/120K miles. Got word today that it's ready but am out of town and won't pick it up for a few days.

In the meantime I had the service folks send over the invoice. It all looks pretty straightforward to me but have attached it here and am curious if anyone sees anything. Specifically, I'm trying to figure out what all was replaced as part of the engine? I asked the service lady and she said a lot of the original parts would have been swapped over but she really didn't elaborate. Thanks for any input or thoughts.

Looks like a long block and thermostat were replaced.
Long block is basically the engine minus accessories so heads, short block (usually oil pan and valve covers) - most of the rest of the engine would be your original parts - alternator, injectors, sensors etc. Not sure if the intake comes on the long blocks or not.

Long Block is the bottom & top of the engine
There are no parts bolted to it, not even a water pump, oil pan or timing chain cover

When they received the replacement long block, they pulled the camshaft out to check it, usually done as a precaution.

Any other Bolt Ons came from your old engine
They replaced your Radiator

it also looks like they gave you 4 oil changes, that have to be used in 3 years

They checked your service records & everything was found to be OK

Thanks - I forgot to mention the dealer told me the radiator "fell apart" when they removed the engine which I took to mean the screwed it up. It was back-order 3+ months so they got an aftermarket (likely NAPA they said) authorized which surprised me. The oil change thing was part of my original order when I dropped the truck off (didn't realize I was getting a new engine :) )

They tried to make me pay $340 for new spark plugs calling them a "wear item". I paid $1K to have them replaced at 100K (thankfully or they probably would have denied warranty coverage) so I told them to put the old ones back in and didn't get any pushback (surprised).

I've been ridiculously diligent about following the Ram manual to the letter for service/maintenance and am glad I did. There were a couple weeks when this whole thing started that I was a bit nervous that I was going to have to fight but literally every oil change and factory recommended service has been done at a dealer. I even downloaded history just in case. I'm the guy they wish they didn't sell that warranty to.. LOL.

Looks like they also replaced an ignition coil and oil pressure switch. Your diligence in maintenance at that dealer paid off.
