My wiper stalk will only allow the wipers to be full on or off.

Is this a stalk related issue or a relay??

If it's a relay, where is it located and what does it look like?

I have a 2014 RAM 1500 Laramie

I had this problem with mine.I read something here about opening the wiper motor and cleaning and regreasing the contacts.My intermittant wipers have been working the right way since I did this about a year or so ago.Its worth a shot,maybe a $0.00 fix.Good luck
