make sure you have cleared that code for the 5 cyl misfire as i am sure you have, second you must rest the ecm to the factory perimeters, as the input of the misfire could still be in the ecm, just a though

You should run a compression check it sounds like a intake valve could be stuck or sticking! That would explain the fuel in your engine oil. Just a thought

Because of the cylinder 5 issue, it seems to be a popular opinion you are looking at a failed lifter problem. However, fuel in the oil, especially enough to notice, doesn't fit with a failed lifter/cam.

Follow the entire trouble code string (primary & secondary) and see where it leads you.

5 is the most common cylinder to have an Mds induced cam/lifter problem.
Except #5 is not an MDS cylinder.

Correct. But in Mds Engines for whatever reason the #5 cylinder seems to have the most issues. It was the same with mine and I went through coil packs, plugs, injectors thinking it was something else. Ended up swapping a low mileage motor that was too good a deal to pass up. Fingers crossed for ya. A cam swap and new lifters isn't the worst that could happen.
