Getting new tires 285/45R22. My truck has the TPMS readout in the instrument panel. Do I need to replace the valve stems or are the current installed ones okay to run?

They should replace the service packs. The sensors themselves should be fine.

Being that it's a 2014 if you can afford new TPMS sensors just replace them, the batteries in them last between 7-10 years sometimes less ....

I did get the new tires. Went to Discount Tire. New tires, new TPMS sensors, install, road hazard, disposal of old tires and out the door for close to $1900. Would have been worse but I received a $110 discount from the tire maker and a military discount on top of that.

Ended up with Michelin Defender LTX M/S 285/45R22 with Schroeder TPMS sensors.
Tires are H rated for 130 mph and 70,000 miles. I can feel they ride softer than the OEM Goodyears.
