2008 dodge ram 1500 3.55 to 4.56 gear in rear with spicer 80754 carrier not clearing the pinion gear.

I have the slightly beefier 06-08 9.25 housing. which if I a reading correctly will need ground down to clear the gear.
what about the carrier? it hits when spinning ?
from what I see guys talk about doing the 3.55 swap to 4.56 often
I installed carrier no LSD spicer 80754 which is for what im seeing 4.10 and down and some place say 3.92 and down. WHICH I NEED 3.92 AND UP!

I can not find a 3.92 and up carrier with 31 spline axles available anywhere.
what am I missing how do I get this carrier to hold the 4.56 gear and not hit the pinion on the revolutions?

Beyond my pay grade brother, but I know a fella around here that just might be able to help out, I'll give him a shout, @crazy jerry, maybe he'll stop by.
Whatever The case, stay after it, I dropped my 2500 from 4.10 to 5.13 - best money I spent performance wise is the regear. Running a 6 speed w 37s.

Actually paid to have it done (gears and labor - 2700), but the bang for the buck if I coulda done it - priceless
