17.1 on my drive home from the dealership, mix of 2 lane highway, interstate, construction zone, and it was hilly but not mountainous. Why are hills hilly but moutains aren't mountainy, anyway?

Down to 12.5 now, still mostly highway driving but at 75mph and on winter gas and in some very windy conditions.
