I agree. Enchiladas in Mexico is not the same as Tex-Mex enchiladas. that mole sauce they put on them is nasty. Although their el pastor tacos are good.

There is a lot of Tex-mex foods that people think is Mexican, but isn't. Like beef fajitas(or anything beef), margaritas, cheese enchiladas, crispy tacos, flour breakfast taco's, chili con carne(chili), and so on. All things that people think of when they say Mexican food, but its actually Tex-mex and you will not find deep into in Mexico or they have a completely different version of it.

Some of the best Mexican food I have ever ate was from a family from Mexico run restaurant, it has flavor & not filled with spicy hot peppers...

I hate cilantro, chili pepper and beans so Mexican food is a no-go for me...

About a year ago, they built a Texas Roadhouse in my town
I have not been to it yet, it always seems busy

We have another place called Black Angus, their specialty is ribs

I use mine as a truck once in a while to pull our 38' TT around. Not in landscaping anymore so don't use trucks like I used to.
