Hi all. Sadly, I woke up today to a puddle of fluid under my 2014 Hemi today. Fluid is clear / pinkish and feels watery but slippery. Has a distinct smell -- kind of burnt, not sure how to describe it. The leak is coming from the hose in the images below. Does anyone know what fluid runs through this hose? The pictures were taken standing over the passenger headlight. I am 0% mechanically inclined and plan on dropping off at the dealer tomorrow for service -- but I want to make sure I don't do any long term damage driving there. Any info would help!

Pinkish fluid could be tranny - running to/from the cooler. Burned smelling? Well, that's another issue altogether.

As Mentioned, coolant or Tranny fluid, if you have a tranny cooler on that truck.
Jut put soem on your figner tip, rub fingers together and you can tell. which is which.

Betting coolant, based on the clamps used. tranny's are generally under a lot more pressure.

I hope it is not what happened to mine. It was leaking in that general area. It was coolant from an external head gasket leak. It leaked out from the head and dripped onto those hoses.

Thanks for the replies! I think it's coolant. Checked the dipstick in the reservoir and it matches what's on the ground. Hope I can keep safe engine temps on the 30 min drive to the dealer tomorrow as the reservoir still has fluid in it -- also hoping that the pressure when driving doesn't make the leak worse!

Looks like coolant hoses leaking around the clamp, make sure you put the right coolant (OAT) in the overflow jug before you bring it to dealer, you may have to purchase a gallon from the dealer of concentrated antifreeze, how long of a trip to dealer and how long has it been leaking?

25-30 minutes, all highway. Leak started yesterday afternoon. Will grab some coolant just in case. Good idea.
