2020 Durango UAQ in 2017 Ram 1500

Just like the title says, would a 2020 Durango UAQ be plug and play with the USB hub for my 17 Ram? Goal is obv to get apple carplay

Does it even have the same mounting bracket? There was someone on here not too long ago that said they used a different dodge radio in a Ram and it worked but I think most people would say to not do that. You could always plug it in a see what happens.

Also I believe the USB hub would have to be upgraded to a 2018 version for CarPlay to work, but that’s with the Ram radio’s, not sure about this durango one.

You will need a different hub no matter what.the durango radio does fit I think but isn't a perfect fit.the top mounting holes are different.will it work? Maybe.i have used challanger radios that worked pefect in rams and I have a uaq ram radio now that the vehicle quide app doesn't work after an update.i would stick with a ram part number though.
