To make it work you would need to take the timing chains and gears from your old motor install in new motor also the tone ring off of the crankshaft which to get off you gotta remove crank thats the only diffrences the block heads ect are the same.

Also if all fails and you dont want to swap the parts I see your in PA i do have a 2006 4.7 for sale with 110k that would drop in no mods needed.
