My 15 v6 Express has 80k on it her unfortunately I had to get the half the engine rebuilt this month at a cost of $4K (1K was parts) which was a bummer but I still think it's a great truck and hope to get at least $250K out it before I'm done. It's taken me 3 years to mod it up just the way I want so I want to try and hang onto it for as long as I can.

2014 Ram 1500 5.7 liter with 138,200 miles. Oil changes every 5000 miles Pennzoil Platinum Synthetic, Mobil 1 oil filter. I do not drive it like I stole it, no issues yet. Fingers crossed.

I bought my 2009 1500 SLT 4x4 on 4/13/21 for $8000 with 195,000 miles. Top end rebuilt on it 4000 miles ago but it has a bad evaporator and heater core which I'm replacing this week. I've redone the front seat, changed the headlights, added running boards, BakFlip MX4 cover, bed mat, Gator liner floor mats, Husky Liner mud flaps and several other small things. Hoping to drive it for a few years and then find a 2015 or newer one. Used truck prices are high right now.

2010 with 133k miles. Mostly normal maintenance. My uncles 2012 express has 378k. Hoping mine will learn from it.

About 104k or so on my 2014 RAM Express.
Only issues so far have been front wheel bearings started growling around 80K. That sure seems like a premature failure but not a problem I'm unfamiliar with. Right front brake caliper locked up and fried the pads and rotor at around 100K miles. The typical broken exhaust manifold bolts problem and exhaust leak it causes. That is it. I go by the built in oil change life counter and use Mobil1 5w30. It really uses no oil between changes. Never had to add a drop. Changes are approx 12K apart and for me that works out to once a year. The ole hemi should live a long time.
Considering it is 7 years old now I cannot really complain.

My 2015 1500 Tradesmen has 162k on it and as far as I know nothing has been done but regular maintenance. This was a fleet lease truck from Texas that I bought 3 months ago. Runs like a charm and is quiet with no lifter noise.
