2014 3500 - 332,000 mi
Both with the 5.7, the 3500 needed a timing chain at 190,000, other than the manifold bolts, that is it as far as engine\trans work
Been lucky so far, but I probably just adopted one of Murphy's pups

My 18 2500 had 44K on it when I traded it on my 22 2500 exactly 2 months ago. Good truck overall. My 22 has 830 miles, 430 of which was driving it home from the dealer.

68k now. Rh head replaced under warranty at 58k asking with the exhaust manifold on that side. The lh manifold just started leaking so I'll fix it eventually. Just changed brakes on front and rear as they were worn.

My 2014 Ram 1500 with the 5.7 just rolled 200,000 miles on the odometer. No problems other than the rear end had to be rebuilt because the pinion bearing went out and messed up the gears. No hemi tick, no exhaust manifold bolts broken. I have changed water pump and radiator also. I’m still running the original spark plugs also. Running great still, with no oil usage at 5000 mile change intervals.
Keeping my fingers crossed.
My wife has a 2007 model with the 5.7 and it has 230,000 miles on it and it hasn’t had anything major done to it. It does need a rear main seal and valve cover gaskets. If I ever change the valve cover gaskets I will change the original plugs on it.
