So, update to the black lugs. They are pretty rusty now. They scratch very easily when using the lug wrench. Anyone have any idea or suggestions? Don't want to put the silver ones back on.For some reason the Night Edition wheels come with chrome lugs. Got these OEM black lugs from ebay for $31. They are exactly the same as the original chrome, just in black. https://www.ebay.com/itm/383044425888 View attachment 490681

Be careful with anything mounted to the license plate.Look on line for an aftermarket reverse light. This is made by Morimoto. American Trunks sells it but others may also. It is GREAT!!!!! and inexpensive. It is called "Morimoto Boost Bar License Plate Light". It is universal so can be mounted on anything with a license plate. Love it somuch that I will probably get one to add to the steel deck trailer.
I just bought some black rubber lug covers on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CHWGSZZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1Try another brand or go with OEM to see if they fair any better.
While I'm sure the OEM ones are overpriced ($70 for a set of 5 nuts = a lot to outfit a 6-lug 5th gen), even a quality set of aftermarket lug nuts (McGard, Gorilla) is going to set you back upwards of $150 for 24 nuts.
Not to be rude but at $32 you probably got your money's worth out of your current set.
Have a link to these decals? Do you remember the color name? Some of the pix look yellow and some look gold. I'm looking for gold ones. How have they held up? Ok in a car wash? ThxI added Yellow vinyl emblem decals to give my truck a personalized look. Total cost less than $60View attachment 172363 View attachment 172364
