Does Rough Country make any decent parts?
Are their upper control arms any good? A guy offered me a set NIB for next to nothing…
Opinions?Experience?

Newer stuff has gotten better, from what I hear, but they did have a history of issues, for guys who actually go off roading, a lot.
Again, from everything I;lve read, watched and heard, they;ve gotten a ton better.

Just inspected…pass. Old tubular ones.

I wonder if the forged ones are any good? Anyone used them?

It’s actually the opposite their products have gotten worse their n3 shocks are a lot better that is their only improvement although they are only equivalent to a Monroe dampener. The golden rule you get what you pay for

I’m not a fan of used parts that wear (bushing, ball joint) but highly suggest going with readylift, zone, JBA, icon as those are the top 4 most tested in all applications and climates

I knew what I was going to get, just didn’t know if ANY part of their systems were worth a crap. The pic above was for reference. I did find a pic of one of these arms with the socket blown out lol.
I may buy the Zone again after my clearance snafu last Fall. I had returned them. I’m at 2.1 on the Bilsteins, but even then when I replaced the passenger uca, there was a gap showing where the bj was starting to separate.
