In the case? If the tires are spinning but the shafts arnt, dosnt that mean there is an issue at the hub? The shafts should spin with the tire, there is no disconnect out there.

Honestly, I do not know enuf on that stuff to say, gotta leave that to the experts. The right front shaft that was all twisted that Dilligaf pulled, wow, lots of torque applied. Where the actual problem(s) are, well I think Dilligaf knows enough on what he is doing and hopefully he will report back on all his findings. I have only helped to pull CV's on a Humvee, and that is a lil different. It was either help or my Humvee sit and dead-lined forever, LOL.
ADDED: Seeing that damage makes me wish I still had my '74 Cherokee. That monster go ne where and pull ne thing out. But talking an apples to oranges comparison.

Mm I'll insist on the stock cv axels as the only way to go. **** made in China parts in there. The aftermarket doesn't seem to know to make cv axels that last. At least the cheapy aftermarket that makes oe stuff. I don't hear anybody messing up with the Dirt King cvs , granted those won't fit with stock length lower arms 
My OE tierods, front lowers and cv axels are still unmolested after 123k miles and my truck sees rocks, dirt sand and some snow mostly cause I hate mud and don't care much offroading around it. Sure this parts are more expensive from the dealer but darn they last. I'm very inclined to get those from the RAM dealer online or local whoever gives me best price when the time comes.

OEM axles dont last any longer compared to Cardone HDs in my truck. Even if they lasted 2x as long its still cheaper to go with Cardone HDs...lol.
Just pulled some measurements. 18" limiting straps seems to be what I need. Had this same issue on my SxS and the limit strap stopped my axles from breaking.

His abilities as a Ram mechanic suck.You don't need the outer axle shaft bolted back into the wheel/unit bearing to hold the wheel on,if that was the case the wheels would of fell off my truck years ago.My 4X4 that hasn't had any of the 4X4 pieces ahead of the transfer case installed for 8 years. Yea, when the suspension is drooped out with a tire hanging and spinning with no traction, and then it comes back into contact with terrafirma and gains traction when still mostly drooped out and spinning…BANG

Finally got the NOCO charger to stop blinking red. ( Will flash green at 75% charge ) Took 2 days on the trickle charger to get it back up.
Hopefully I get a full green light tomorrow. and ill test the CCA again
