Is Rambox still available on Limited?

Been on the hunt for a 2023 1500 Limited (to build or take from stock) and seems the Rambox is no longer shown as an option on the Ram website? Has it been discontinued? I really like the idea of the Rambox to store some items without needing an in-bed toolbox. Any one know?

I added them on mine that I ordered. I hope that they are there once I take delivery of the truck.

According to my invoice from my truck the rambox is on the truck.

Interestingly the option to add rambox disappears from the builder tool when selecting the longer bed.

Has that been the case where it’s not available on the 6’4” bed?

That’s correct, ‘22 also could not get 6’4” bed and ram boxes. Pretty sure that’s any trim, longer bed or ram box, not both.

I got Ramboxes on my '22 Ltd Longhorn with the 6'4" box. Ordered in late March '22, delivered in Oct '22.

The rambox option has never been available with a 6'4" bed on a 5th gen 1500, which the OP was asking about. HD's are a different story because they are still using the 4th gen body.

I had a similar issue when I bought my ‘21 limited 1500.
Ram box only comes with the 5’7” bed but you can have the multi function tailgate.

On the 2500 power wagon, the ram box was there but multi function tailgate isn’t an option for 2500+

Would be perfect to have a 6’4” bed with ram box and multifunction tailgate!

When the 5th Gens were first released, I asked the Ram rep at the 2019 Philly Auto Show about the availability of the Rambox. He said "the Rambox will be available on the 1500 with the 6'4" bed starting in 2020". Well its now 2023 and it is still not available. On the 4th Gens, you could have got the Rambox with either bed.

I guess the 6.4’ Rambox on the DT 5th gen trucks is held up because of Covid!!??!! Or maybe the chip shortage, or maybe the bird flu!!! I finally caved in and went with the 5.7’ on my 2022 1500. I don’t like it because all my stuff doesn’t fit like it did on the 6.4’ Rambox trucks I had before.
STILL WAITIN-CMON RAM, build the 6.4’ for the DT trucks!

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say they won't ever build a DT with the 6'4" bed and ramboxes. Hope I'm wrong though.

Is Rambox still available on Limited?
