I’m thinking it’s time to replace mine. What’s best for a leveled truck? Bilstein at 2.1 and 35x12.50 tires.

I don't know about best because I've only had one kind but I have no complaints about the Readylift arms. Had 'em on around 7 years now.

Best? What are your needs? Dirt King full long travel kit, Core 4x4 are badass, then you get to the Icon, JBA, Zone, and then the rest.

What wheels do you have? Stock or stock offset?
It really matters! If you dont have at least a -18 most 20x9 0 offset with a 12.5 wide tire will rub the UCA at the area of the ball joint on aftermarket uca’s. Check how much space you have now btw inner sidewall and uca.
I found out the hard way any design like Zone’s will not even let you remount the tire/wheel.

Ok. Look at the UCA’s that have a tubular mounting for the BJ. Look how tall that cyl/tube that houses the BJ then think of how they will angle at the top and bottom of the suspension travel. They are 1”-1.5” tall compared to the what 3/8th of the oem? They will contact the tire’s inner sidewall. You may need a set of Bora’s.

I have Carli uca’s but ended up needing 1” spacers to fix a slight rub at full lock.

Just so I understand correctly, you're saying that 0 (zero) offset 20x9 wheels with 12.5 wide tires will rub on any aftermarket UCAs that are intended for levelling/lifting? It seems that between the zero offset wheels and wider tires, the distance should be back to nearly stock with the OEM UCAs. Is there reference material that shows how much larger/longer these aftermarket UCAs are? I suspect I have a failing ball joint and need to make a decision soon myself.

I can only relay my experience. These pics I just took. I have Bora 1.5” spacers installed. I tried to install zone uca’s without spacers and with the suspension drooped, impossible to remount my tire. As you can imag8ne, w/o the spacer, I was a few milimeters from the sidewall.

I ran 0 offset 20x9 and 305/55r20 Nittos with Bilsteins at 1.4 and OEM UACs. Now the Bils are at 2.1, and may go to 2.8 if I upgrade the UACs. I now run -12 18x9 wheels for summer. My winter wheels are 0 20x9, which will likely never get that wide of a tire. I'm hoping to avoid wheel spacers as I use the truck for fairly heavy towing.
