Could anyone help to point out why when I back into a parking space my front tired look like they are cambered but when I I ull forward ever so slightly they go back to being straight up and down

ball joints- how many miles on truck you have big tires? drive 4x4?

There are approximately 120k miles. It has 37s on it with a 6" lift. It is 4x4

With that lift did you get new control arms? Just jack it up and see how much play there is.

Bad ball joints/control arms. Get it looked at immediately.
