did wiring all day :doublepuke:

this was literally the only spot I have left with room. On the plus side its the only spot on my truck that doesn't get covered in mud. :anitoof:

also ran 4 gauge for the rear hitch with quick disconnect

Well finally found a suitable spot and even got paid to do it...

Last time this was off was in 2012 when I did my sound system...

Will mount the compressor with Nutserts .

Heck yea! Have you run the compressor with the console in place to see how loud it is in the cab yet? I am curious if it's buried enough to not be unbearable.

Great song choice BTW-"I can't describe the vibe I get, when I drive-by 6 people and 5 I hit"

Surprisingly its not that bad at all. And Its only when im on the trails anyways to air my tires back up.

After 2 days, I havent even lost 2 PSI of pressure. Pretty sure its the Magnetic Ball valve for the air horns as thats the weakest point in my system. Didn't get any bubbles on any of my connections. Waiting on the 41mm hole saw to mount that gauge, holy **** I dont have much room for fudge factor in that spot. lol...

I dont see that compressor kicking in often. With the rocker switch ill be able to turn it off if I need to.

I starting thinking about what kind of jack to run. thinking of this since I have onboard air. Obviously I would build it myself with off the shelf semi trailer bags.

Interesting idea but I think I would be inclinded to just go with a standard hydraulic bottle jack. Takes way less room, no jacking around to make it work, no need for air lines, and quite a lot more inches of lift.

Today is the start of the actual design, probbaly will change my mind a dozen times

If I go full Redneck, my 50 cal box would hide the fuel neck. almost zero fab work. The Para flare boxes would be my watertight storage and I would still have 4ft in between when I load plywood or drywall.

If I go the packout way ill defiantly be ordering the Euro black puckout boxes and swap all the red locks and handles to black. this layout would allow me to hide that fuel neck and onboard air hose on the driver side in a small compartment id have to build. and at the same time it would hold the jerry cans. I Would do the same compartment box on the other side for storin the air jack.

I think the ammo cans work better with your motif in this build IMHO.
Also why not go with a high lift jack with the wide offroad additional base plate that you can integrate a mount for into your headache rack when you build it?

Saw this on today's Canadian Tire ad. Air and Hydraulic. This is a 20 Ton, they make smaller ones.

That's the exact one i put on the press I built :peace: they come on Sale at 1/2 price. Not sure why I didn't think of that... lol...

And that 20t jack fits in those paraflare cans like a glove. Another problem solved thanks dude

I also started the prototype of my fuel filler neck. Ammo can didnt work. So im back to making as low profile as possible.
