2012 Ram 1500 hemi sport cranks no start

So my 2012 1500 Sport crew cab stalled out 2 weeks ago. Will crank strong but wont start UNLESS I remove the Manifold Air Pressure Sensor from its location....wires still attached..... idles horrible though. Any assistance is appreciated
