Hello, I just got a used 2022 ram 1500 limited diesel, lifted from a ford dealership. As soon as i drovr home the warning "service air suspention inmediatly" came on, tried reseting the air suspention by removing the fuse and disconwcting the batrery, nothing worked, truck doesnt change height, and is now stuck in off road mode. Any suggestions??

not gonna ask why a Ford dealership did the lift on your Ram, you probably should put on your flame suit cuz the comments are coming (hint to everyone, words of advice from a moderator "Be Nice!")
As for the error with the truck, the system is probably sensing a problem with one (or more) of the ride height sensors.

Thank you, dont know who did the lift, it was a great deal, but i am assuming tjey have no clue how to fix it, i might just return the truck if its not an easy fix.

After re-reading his first post, I think he should have worded it differently. Maybe something like "Hello, I just got a used lifted 2022 ram 1500 limited diesel, from a ford dealership.".

Any idea who makes the lift?
There's an app called AlfaOBD that is capable of reading (and resetting) the errors with these trucks. It might be something along the lines of calibrating the suspension system which I think the app can do.
The Ford dealership will probably be better off having a Ram dealership look at it

Rough Country has a leveling kit and a 5" lift kit for air suspension trucks. The leveling kit states that Off-Road Modes 1&2 will no longer be selectable. https://www.roughcountry.com/dodge-front-leveling-lift-kit-31012.html
The 5" kit states the air suspension will work normally

Thank you, it seems that it might be the case, thay the level 1 offroad is not reachable (mine only has 4 levels) but i dont think the font should be as low. It definetly does mot have just the levelong kit, is the whole lift.IMG-20230217-WA0008.jpg

You might want to reach out the Rough Country, one would think they would be familiar with what could cause this issue.
You would need to read the error codes for the air suspension, most generic OBD readers don't have that ability.

I pretty sure the AlfaOBD app can read them, I haven't kept up what it's capable of with the Gen5 trucks. There a few threads going about what people have been able to do with it on the various Generations of trucks
The OBDLink MX+ has an available expanded code reading ability but not sure what all it's capable of. Good thing the OBDLink MX+ is recommended by the developers of AlfaOBD
Just thought of something, check the wheel height sensors, make sure they didn't come off. They're mounted to the upper a-arms and trailing arms by small linkages

Update: took the truck to a ram dealership, gave me 2 page of warning codes, most of them being low voltage for plenty of the systems in the truck. Service rep tell me the issue might be caused by the battery being defective, but wont know for sure until I take it in for service in 3 weeks (no appointments anywere close to me sooner than that) not sure if its a good diagnostic for a fix on the air suspencion.

I would put a new quality battery in it and see if that fixes your issues. Low voltage plays real havock with the new Rams. It wouldn't be the first time an OEM battery went south in under a year. Now if you still have warranty that may change how you want to approach this.

That is a shame, Air suspension systems are very finnicky. Mixed with the worst suspension company in the industry I would recommend converting to a coil suspension. With a few upgraded parts the ride will be 5x's better and all those problems go away. It really comes down to what your time is worth, if you have time to research and diagnose Im sure it can be dialed in but if I were you I would ditch the suspension and @Nick@GotExhaust can set you up with everything you'll need. I am more than happy to help along the way

Hopefully its a simple fix but we do hear these air suspension issues all too often. If/When you are ready to ditch it and go to a coil spring suspension let us know. We can get you fixed up with the needed parts.

having lifted a few air rams, most of the kits had some sort of ride height sensor bracket to make the truck think its right. Ram dealer should be able to hook into WiTech and teach your truck its new heights.

Updatw, after a week at the dealer they finally fixed the issue, they had to adjust the height to the lift kit. I still dont have entry mode, it wont stay, and dealer could not get it to stay, the 3 other levels work fine. Thank you all for your input.
