I bought a Lomax one, it's never leaked and been solid for three years so far, no complaints.

I bought a Gator tri-fold for my previous Ram and it was way better than the mopar cover that came on my 2020. The mopar cover has plastic clamp downs that don’t allow you to clamp it tight. I do want to add that I spent over $1,000 for a solid tri-fold once and it was heavy and hard to maneuver. Much prefer the lighter vinyl cover.

Just throwing in my vote for the Mopar Tri-Fold...it came new on my 2016 1500 Limited and has held up nicely over 7 years and I live in the Northeast. I clean it monthly on average with 303 Aerospace Protectant. You can add a simple foam tailgate seal to keep the rain out, but the bed stays pretty dry without it. Would recommend checking the clamps every so often especially before driving on the highway as they can loosen overtime...stating the obvious I know. For extra security/safety, I used tie downs on the underside of the cover to strap the back corners securely to the rear bed hooks. I've read stories about some having their covers fly off on the highway which is a scary thought so you can never can be too safe.

Happy shopping!

Appreciate the tips!

This is my first pick up truck, I'll definitely tie it down and keep checking the clamps. Thanks again!

Anyone running the Mopar tri-fold tonneau cover on their 1500 Classic Warlock? If so, what are your thoughts on it?

I'm currently shopping for a tri-fold either soft or hard cover.
Open to suggestions, the WeatherTech is nice but it's ~$1,850 CDN

Also, I'm in Quebec, so theirs a lot of snow that's going to sit on this cover (until I brush it off of course).

Thanks in advance!
I don’t have oem but I have a trifold love it. Can take off if need to easily has security hooks

I have been running the soft top roll up one for the last 20 yrs, the one before was bought in 2005 and moved to 2010, than when it got smashed, I got a new one on the 14.
They are sold by Ram, but not made by them, Keep things dry, and never in the way.
Could be cut by the bad guys , but that's not really a problem where I am.
I put a seal kit on the tail gate, that keeps 99% of the road dust out, and all the rain.

Bakflip G2 is the best flip hard cover I have had. It can flip up against the back cab or be removed with two wing nuts. Easy install and 98% water proof.

It's back to the drawing board for this tonneau cover.

The dealer wanted $1,900 CDN for the Mopar cover when they delivered the truck, so I asked them to remove it.

If anyone has the part number for the Mopar or a direct link for the Gator one (for a 2022 Warlock), that would be appreciated!

I do not find it heavy, since the shocks work very well. Since I have the mirrors with the curved add ons, seeing not an issue, and there is always the backie up camera, LOL.

Just works for DIS BOIRD, and it looks good and brings out the truck. N ow in hindsight, if I get another truck, I will get a roll n lock, but I have no complaints on the cover, it does what is is designed to do, and is water tight for the most part, unless you direct water at it Horizontal, lol.

As long as it works that's all that matters. It does look like the 5th Gens cover is differant then the 4th Gens,as yours is flat, while the one i had,had a raised/spoiler on the back edge, that made it hard to see the back passenger corner on a shoulder check.

Ended up placing an order for a Gator ETX Soft Tri-Fold on Amazon (Part #59201) for $480 CDN.

Can't seem to find the SFX version in Canada for this truck.

Ended up with a Mopar soft tri-fold.
The Gator ETX has no delivery date on Amazon...

Had a bit of issues (all detailed here), but it's all sorted now:
