Not really. That video sounds like my 2017 5.7 Hemi with 82K miles.
Videos have limitations but I don't hearing anything strange based on that audio.

Too much other noise going on. Try to put the phone on a tripod, set it up and just start the engine without moving and touching the phone.

I don't hear much out of the ordinary in the video. It might sound worse in person, but what I can hear on the recording sounds pretty normal to me.

Based on what you have provided so far, I think you need a cocktail and just relax.
Bottom end "soft" knock? When the bottom end starts knocking you"ll know.
Here's my advice: 4 oz. Ketel One vodka, 2 oz. orange seltzer over ice. Take 4 & call me in the morning....

That really sounds nice right now. I don't want to argue, but will Tito's suffice?

I don't know, maybe 5-8 feet at a 45 degree angle. Make sure there's no other noise, especially wind. It's tough to diagnose anything from a distance but none here can even hear that noise, any noise. I see you have a 2008 model and might be worried about engine failure. Maybe you just need to add a can of Royal Purple fuel cleaner...

I do hear some injector tick, get some Redline S1 treatment and it should quiet the injectors down.

I hear some deep, light, thumping. Not enough to be concerned about, I believe. I would go up one weight of oil, let it warm up some before I drove it, and go another hundred thousand miles. As engines get older, they will make more noises.

I've driven rattling and knocking engines for years. Take care of them, and don't rev them high cold, nor try to race people, and they will usually hold on forever.

I hear no rod knocking.
No Piston slapping.
Noting out of the ordinary.

Id truly concerned, then get device WIldOne metions
or
grab the longest 3/8 extension you have.
Put a foam ear plug inside your ears, to block out all other sound.
Place one end, of the long extension, hard against the engine block.
The other end, directly in front of your ear, against your skull.

If anything is going on, in the block, you will hear it.
just move the extension, around the block,
to do an auditory inspection of all components.

DO it often enough, you can tell just about anything,
out of the norm, on every darn engine out there.
