Which of these is the likely culprit for my 'Parking Light Out' message?

Full LED, no adapters or anything, I'm pretty well alfaobd modified at this point.
Wasn't the front sockets. Still getting the error "parking light out".

I put all original halogen/incandescent lights in and no errors. Took all LED's out. Going to add one by one and see what's up.

Well, now I know what's throwing the "parking light out". Putting LED'S one by one and it turns out to be the rear park/directional LED lights AND then the front ones. AlfaOBD didn't report the fronts No error with the incandescents. As soon as I switch to back to LED, BOOM, errors.!

By the way, those front sockets...68083021AA fit, but didn't snap closed like the OEM, but they would have worked. I don't need them anyway. Prime is king, because it's all going back. Although I'm stuck with the rear Mopar sockets I got at the Dodge Dealer - because it's electrical.

Working like a champ. No errors and no "parking light out".
For some reason, AlfaOBD was only reporting the rear LED brakes/parks/directionals as shorted - so that set me back. I downloaded OBDLink and it read not only the rear LED brakes/parks/directionals, but the front LED parks/directionals as being shorted. I took out those 4 LED'S - front and rear, replaced with the original incandescent bulbs and zero errors. By the way, it's really not a short or ground fault, the Ram CanBus just didn't like those cheap LED's on the 4 corners. I guess it didn't like the voltage.

That's fine, because I live in the sticks with no street lighting, so I'm happy with the LED High Beams, LED Low Beams and LED Fogs. I also did LED License Plate, LED Reverse, LED fogs as DRL (on with high beams) and LED CHMSL (3rd eye brake and cargo). All programmed with AlfaOBD.

On a side note: Alexey from AlfaOBD was working with me and he had me shut off the reporting of the errors to the BCM, but that feature DID NOT work and I let him know. After that, he fell off the face of the earth, never to hear from him again. I hope all is well with him.

When I get around to it, I'll find some error free LED front directionals/park and LED rear directionals/park/brake lights - they're 3157 bulbs. For now, the woods light up like a Christmas tree compared to the original halogens.

Still wondering how bretthays is doing with his errors?

My oem sockets won’t be here till Friday but if I start the truck and just do turn signals I only get the error on the side with the Dorman socket so I remain very hopeful that’s going to solve it for me.
How did you make out with the OEM replacement?

I put them in last night but I also got a wild hair and decided to do my jump seat -> console swap and then also decided I need to do some painting on the console to get it to match properly so the truck won’t be moving for a day or two more. I will definitely report my findings as soon as I have some.

If you have an Android (I don't know if it's compatible with IPhone) download OBDLink from the Play store. It is more indepth of a reader in finding errors. You can clear them too. It doesn't do programming though.

Does it work with OBDLink MX+/. I have all Apple stuff, but I use AlphaODB on PC

Yes, it's actually OBDLink MX+ software.

I've had kinda same issue just installed 7 inch gauge cluster which was working fine, but then I reinstalled some led taillights I haven't been able to get working and thru the dreaded parking light out error, side not haven't been able to get running lights/parking lights to work

There are 3 settings in the rear you have to enable for turn signals and driving/marker lamps. Even if the settings don't take right away and you're still throwing faults, disconnect alfaobd, and let the truck sit off for a few hours. Even then, it may take a few more key on/off key cycles to get everything to work right.

Well gents, trying to follow all this I think what little synapses I had left are fried. I recently purchased a ‘15 Bighorn crew and it’s throwing the parking light out code randomly. All bulbs look to be old style. The left headlight assembly had a lot of condensation - I dried it out and cleaned up all plug connections and made an attempt at sealing it.
Still throws the code. Using store front glass as a mirror, no parking lights are out when the code comes in. My question to the group- will an Autel MaxiDiag Elite be of any help?
Very limited experience using it.
From reading all of the previous posts, maybe I should replace all pigtails?

Download OBDLink app from Google or Crapple. It will tell which corner is giving you the error. This is provided you are using MX+. AlfaOBD is very vague.
