Buddy had on, in 1978.
Got ti from an Uncle, who died in 'Nam.

We worked on that thing, all the time.
Trying to get every ounce of power out of it.

Round Robin, All Night, Repairs.

Work on one buddy's car, get it done, pull in another.
Wrenching, drinking and telling tall tales, all night long.

LOL, Girls would stop over, all the time.

When the bars would close, or a Party got boring,
they knew we'd still be, in the garage, with tons of beer
and more than a few guys, hanging around, fetching things
and learning, by watching.

Forgot all about that stuff until this post.

GOD, the girls we ignored.

Remember, Young, Dumb, loads of Cash, late 70's-early 80's.

Yet another reason, so many girls would stop by & hang out with us.
Wasn't because we paid them much attention.
We were too Busy, wrenching, to bother with chasing Chicks.

Ever notice, get a few guys, wrenching, hot girls hardly get noticed.
Get one guy wrenching, ANY girl comes along, everything else is forgotten?

Those were the good old days,lol. Girls and cars went together in those days,man i miss the late 70's and 80's,lol.
No cell phones,no redlight /speed on green camera's ,and cops that'd look the other way when you were doing something stupid,lol

that is when the Ladies that have been handing you the beer all day, ask for a ride to the bar
