My 2011 RAM recently started having issues with unlocking and locking using the FOB. Sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Tried my spare FOB and got the same results. I can pull the key out of the FOB to unlock the truck and use it to start it and it runs fine. Batteries in the FOB's are good. I cleaned the contacts and the circuit boards in the FOBs and they are good. I even ordered 2 new fob cases and took the circuit boards out of the old ones to use with the contacts in the new ones and they still didn't work. Seems like it's a problem with the truck and not the FOBs.
Any help would be much appreciated.

The metal contacts in your FOB have come loose. You can crack it open and glue them back on, but they will come undone again. You can also get a new FOB via Amazon or Ace Hardware, think there is a procedure in he search function to program them yourself without having to go to the dealership and pay a ton of money.
