Have both readylift 4”F 2”R sst and PA 3” body lift ready to be installed just have to schedule it. I have a 2016 1500 regular cab tradesman/express lol. Title says one thing and RAM garage app with VIN says another but was just curious if anyone has this or similar setup and pics, opinions, experiences of it especially with the single cab model but all insight for them is appreciated. I’ve previously owned ‘15 1500 and ‘11 f150 coyote all single cab but this will be the first I’ve ever had lifted and have a somewhat general understanding and knowledge about lifting it and suspension but as I’ve personally never done any suspension alternating on them I lack in specifics and details of everything. I have read about the readylift angling cv to an almost point of contact with lower control arm. I don’t hardly do any real off-roading besides driving up haul roads, gravel / dirt roads to mine entrance as generally any vehicle is driven without issues so don’t plan on anything more than just every day use for the concern, but does it eventually cause extra wear and tear having it stressed to that degree or have normal wearing tendencies as it would regardless. Also the readylift kit I bought was the one without the rear shocks as stock ones are capable of handling the 2” of lift in the rear but thinking about getting a set that is designed for it , would that be possible or would it cause geometry problems throwing off the initial design of kit. Any experiences, issues , regrets for both is appreciated

I don't have experience with Readylift specifically, but I did have a 3'' inch spacer lift with a 3'' body lift using stock struts and shocks. My truck did not ride well, even on the street, due to the front strut and rear coil spacers forcing the suspension to ride way too high in its travel.

Definitely at least get some decent extended length shocks for the rear, it will make a huge difference in how the truck rides.

From what I can tell, the Ready Lift is pushing the boundaries on max height without a diff drop. I would state that the OEM shocks and struts are pretty lightweight. I would seriously recommend an upgrade. Go to at least Bilstein 5100’s. Even if you set the fronts to stock height and used your ReadyLift parts, your ride will be much better. The rear 5100’s can handle extended travel.
My set-up is similar, but not as high. I have Bil’s at 2.8 plus a .25 spacer on top which gets another .5” of lift. So about 3.25” + Zone 1.5” bodylift. The rear I have Icon 1.5” made for a Jeep Gladiator, so about 2.5” of lift on coils and the 1.5’ body lift.
