My trucks air ride suspension is having issues.
Currently it’s dropped but won’t lift because it believes I have a too heavy load on it.
I’m thinking the sensor may be bad.
Anyone know the part number for that sensor? Or is it part of another system. If so which?

Usually my truck only has freezing issues which I was going to fix this summer with a moisture filter add on. But then this happened and won’t even try to lift now..

On a side note anyone know of a good HD spring conversion kit that’s not terribly expensive?

The "payload sensor" of the air suspension system is based on the pressure and level sensors that control the system ride height.
There's a few threads floating around on how to convert the air ride system to a conventional coil spring system, just search the forum for "air suspension delete". One of many options is to use the Fox 2.0 coilovers and shocks with TufTruck rear springs(w/coil spring isolators). You can disable the air ride system with AlfaOBD.

So it could be a problem with the level sensors?
I’m just trying to find a band aide that will keep it running for another year till it’s paid off then I can afford a conversion.
