At 65000 miles your most likely due for brakes to start and at that mileage I would start with new rotors, as others have said turning just decreases their heat dispation. Now if you want to try an clear the pusling run a breakpad breakin proceedure. I am partial to Power stops proceedure.
I got 3 years and 9 months, and 121,000Km's out of my original OEM brakes. When I changed mine just weeks ago I had 2mm still left on the pads.

PowerStop Z36 package all around and a Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid flush and fill and good to go.

Performed their prescribed break-in procedure and the braking is second to none now!

I'm on my third Ram 1500, first two over 100,000 miles, and haven't replaced brakes on any of them.

Part of this problem is the cost-to-benefit ratio. For many folks aftermarket rotors are usually cheap enough to make rotor reconditioning just not worth it.

Then there's the problem of finding someone, and then finding somebody competent, to do a good reconditioning.

I watched a video from a guy in Florida (Raymond?) who demonstrated reconditioning rotors from a truck that had an integral hub. During the video he remarks that the machine rarely ever gets used anymore.

I have over 60K on OEM 2019 Ram2500
WHY WOULD ANYONE CHANGE FROM OEM?
100K not good enough for you!
Slotted Rotors look Cool but DANG.
