Sellers name is MBIauto https://www.ebay.com/itm/352367438928 got the rear bumper from them as well. Rear showed up in less than a week and the front less than a week and half.

I checked your link. That's the same seller I bought from. I thought i recognized the packaging. I did not have the same experience since my front bumper ordered came in damaged, mostly from the shipper. The other issue is the paint surface was not prepped at all and the paint peeled off in a sheet. The seller discounted it after I sent him all the pics. I need to get the entire bumper repainted locally now. The baby powder and foam sheet is not enough packing. It should of been in thick styrofoam. The paint that was left did match though, not that it mattered.
Point is results may vary.

Thanks everyone - just trying to decide how to ( if even ) move forward after a mild fender bender did my front bumper in. I've been trying to decide for over a year lol :insane: may end up another year too!

It’s odd bc I had none of those issues. They used a freight carrier (not FedEx or UPS) and I had no baby powder or anything on mine. I have painted and currently painting another vehicle so I’m aware of the prep and not that I could tell bc it’s painted but it seemed fine to me. I still need to paint the new upper front bumper part ugh.

If u do it you would have to reduce the chrome in the grill and headlights but that’s up to you. I hateeeeee chrome so not many options to get rid of it.

$hit or get off the pot man!

You could also do one of these but I can’t say for sure I would like it enough. https://www.americantrucks.com/air-...er - Front Bumpers|Air Design&T5_Var4=R117677

I actually like the air design bumper guard - I've had my eye on it for several years but it wouldn't do me much good right now. I need to replace the actual bumper 1st.

Thing is I'm not a huge fan of chrome myself but the silver actual looks ok with impart because it almost disappears. Other colors, yeah, I'd be swapping out super quick or just wouldn't have chosen that particular pickup when purchasing.

I think the best bet would be to get the bumper primed then have it painted locally shipping or lack of proper packaging with such a big piece and how awkward it is to carry scared me into getting it locally the install was a stop less the 2 hours with the beer break lol! I love mine if if I had to do it again would go this route. May in the future try the sport conversion but for now this is way better than chrome.
