if my mind is not playing tricks on me, back when your truck was new, one of the Options was to have a lower bin, that had a CD on the side closest to the passenger seat.
Possibly someone collected them to sell on ebay

The bin doesn't come out.the part that is broke is the console base.the four screws on the inside just hold the side pieces to the base.a new base from mopar is like 250.00.one with a actual cd player include was like 99.00.only problem is 60% of the time they come broke from mopar.
