Ordered headers from them. They said it would be two weeks, one month later, still a month out to get the order. Instead of doing the right thing and providing me with a full refund upon request, they are trying to stick me with a 4% cancellation fee!

Probably would have hung in there waiting for the product, had they been proactive letting me know about the delays. Instead, I had to keep pinging them with "what is up with the order".

I will take up the diffence directly with Amex. Let the shame bell ring......

Not to be a **** about your post, but your sig stats say you've been a member since 2013, made six posts, have zero reaction score, and you're slamming our forum vendor in this manner; perhaps check this a tad, Kevin.

I'm in the service industry, and this is no way (in my opinion) to start what you tout as 'the shame bell ringing'. Just saying...there are better ways to go about these things.

So when I quoted you, I was informed by AFE that our stocking order would be in 1-2weeks. After we placed your order at some point they changed that ETA. You messaged me once for an update, I messaged my rep and was waiting for a response. You messaged me again and i messaged my rep again and got you an answer. Hardly what I would consider to be "keep pinging". AFE then told me they are backed up and the ETA would be late next month. That is something outside of my control. On the invoice in the terms and conditions it clearly states that we are charged a fee to accept your payment and we are not refunded that if an invoice is canceled so we would then pass that charge along due you wanting to cancel.

I am sorry your order was delayed but that is something not inside our control. AFE themselves do not have stock on them. We were paying extra (no charge to you) to have AFE ship them directly to you instead of shipping them to our warehouse 1st then our warehouse shipping to you.

Nothing but good things to say about Nick. I ordered a full lift from him for my 22 1500. Since Covid, pretty much everything is on back order, you gotta have some patience instead of acting like a child who needs gratification NOW!

Nicks had his hands full with all or most vendors being back ordered on just about everything, be more understanding with him and his company in our unprecedent times where most people don't want to work anymore!!!!
