Ordered headers from them. They said it would be two weeks, one month later, still a month out to get the order. Instead of doing the right thing and providing me with a full refund upon request, they are trying to stick me with a 4% cancellation fee!
Probably would have hung in there waiting for the product, had they been proactive letting me know about the delays. Instead, I had to keep pinging them with "what is up with the order".
I will take up the diffence directly with Amex. Let the shame bell ring......
