No it’s not, as I said, I edited the other post to update the part number so someone else didn’t read that and order the wrong part.

I have a 2019 1500 Classic Tradesman and want to have keyless go but don't care about the door handles. What parts do I need for this? Also want to add remote start. No cable under the hood for this.

You’ll need a new rf hub, two in cab antennas, wiring, and a new fob. For factory remote start you’ll need wiring and a new hood latch (as long as you get a fob with the remote start button for the push button upgrade). You’ll also need alfaobd for programming for both upgrades and being a 2019 you’re going to need a bypass cable for alfaobd to work with your truck.

This would be the best mod ever if you want your truck stolen.

Just completed this mod with the help of @DoughRat19, passive entry/push to start as well as adding factory remote start to my Ram. The harnesses he provides are top quality along with the instructions. Super easy install, just a little time consuming. Recommend watching his videos on youtube, they help out tremendously with the install and pinning of the wires. Thanks a million @DoughRat19!!!!!!

Any of those will work even if they don’t say they are specific to your year Ram. Unfortunately I am hearing they are getting hard to find/going on back order.

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Big horn. It has remote start from the factory. Looking to do all of this. For right now, I want to install keyless "go" only. Do I need all the parts that are listed at the beginning of the post? (start switch, cab & door antennas and rf hub) Obviously the fobs too.

Not possible on a 2011, needs to be a 2013+ 4th gen.

I’ve got a 2018 3500 And part number 68319680AE is unavailable everywhere backordered 45+ days out is there an alternative part number that will work ?

I have a 2017 1500 CC Big Horn that I came from having 3 different previous vehicles with prox keys. Didn't really miss that until we got a newer commuter vehicle for my wife ('15 Ford Escape Titanium) that had prox, and I realized how much more convenient it was. Damnit, lol! Decided to look into converting my truck, if it was even possible.

I had stumbled across the Auto Tech kit to do this and ended up finding this thread when digging into that more. There is so much helpful information in here. Based on the more recent posts, I reached out to @DoughRat19 about a harness and purchased that and a fob from him for what I felt was a very reasonable price. The harness kit I got from him had everything I needed for wiring everything up. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The harness looks like the factory wiring in the truck, so you can't even tell it wasn't in there from factory.

Install went very smoothly for me so far. I have the Keyless Go up and running for now. Did the install about a week ago and haven't had any issues at all. At some point in the future I will order the prox handles and get the Entry part going, will contact Benny about that when I am ready.

Just want to thank everyone for all the information, this is an amazing resource!

I'm looking into doing this mod/upgrade. I just want to confirm which RF Hub I need for a 2013 1500 (I read that the '13s may have a different CAN-BUS language than later years).

Will part # 56029946AB work for a 2013 1500 with factory remote start? If not, what part # would be correct?

You can either pick up the front door wiring right at the rf hub or you could also pick it up from the front door connectors.

Hi y'all, I want to do this on my 2014 outdoorsman 1500, Quad Cab. Do I need a new RF hub? I don't have "factory remote start" or air suspension. The reason I say "factory remote start" is because I have a StartX kit on it, works great. I'm not opposed to buying the factory remote start kit, and in all honesty if that makes my life easier, price isn't an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
