I have a 2019 also, but stayed pretty basic. Some type of Bed cover, whether roll and lock or something. Bed mat. I did better tires, stock rims. Also mud flaps help to keep debris off the lower panels. If lights inside not LED, change interior lighting to LED, and good floor mats. I also have a AVS II Aeroskin front hood deflector.

ADDED: Have battery checked, if original, definitely change it out for a new AGM, because being a 2019, original be 4 years old or more, and these batteries and not known for their longevity. If you do battery, INSURE you have the IBS (Intelligent Battery Sensor) reset.

New wheels, stock ones everybody has.
Spray in bed liner if it doesn't have it already
Leveling kit (Bilstein)

That wont cost 10K but thats about all id do.

I changed the stereo and speakers, headlights, tail lights on mine but mine is a 2007 and it needed it.

I've owned my 2022 Classic for two weeks now from new. It came very clean but already had more bells and whistles than I really wanted. I immediately noticed the needed things. Nerf bars are still in the mail as are fender flares, Noticed the wheels actually stick out past the fenders so they were a no brainer. I was for staying with the clean look (white) on the flares but could only find white ones priced at over 1000 bucks. The 'cheaper' set I ordered is still costing me upwards of 400 in black. Am entertaining doing a back yard gloss white spray job but we will see. Lining the bed is a given as I can see it getting marked up pretty quick. A spray job would cost me upwards of 700 so as this truck will whittle my retirement savings way down over time (financed) I found Husky liner bed mats that will do the job at 1/3 the cost. They are made of what looks like thick recycled rubber and will certainly last. My truck also came with Halogen lighting only (go figure) but if it ain't broke I ain't fixin it. I've already been hauling my 8000 lb trailer and couldn't be happier.

Bedrug is way easier on us old guys knees, lol. I have the factory spray in box liner in my truck with the bedrug on top of it,best of both worlds. When i bought mine, the dealer was the cheapest place to buy it,not sure if they still are,as that's going on 9 years ago now.

Not much fun, but if I owed money on the truck and had 10k, I would pay down the debt.

My things are adding stick items that my truck didn't have. Added 8.4 radio, interior overhead console, fog lights with switch, etc.

I see you have a bed cover, if not folding hard cover highly recommend one. So nice to have security and nice for loading and transporting.

I would just drive for awhile and just look at other trucks. See what speaks to you. Maybe do some truck shows and check upgrades. Travel up to Carlisle PA for the truck nationals.

Nice looking ride, enjoy it

I would:
remove and sell the running boards (unless you need them, due to health/age), it'd make the truck look much better.
Install a 2" lift ( I'd go with new longer coilovers, to save time/money having a shop assembling them wrong way and longer springs/shocks for the rear)
Larger and wider tires/new wheels with slightly different offset to get a wider stance.
Black out the bumpers or buy after market black ones ($$).

The first thing I did when I bought mine was put WeatherTech mudguards all around ... Also purchased their laser-measured floor mats for the winter months ... After that, it all depends on what your likes and dislikes are ... Some people go too far and take the natural look away from the truck ... For more bed security you could put a hardtop tonneau cover on ... I doubt you will need to spend $10G's on it ... Good luck with your choices ...

Mud flaps larger to keep the paint safe. From there it is what do you want to do road racing camping show truck or just a good looking daily driver.

Hi all!

I’m pretty new to owning a truck. I’ve always been in to sports cars.
Recently I picked up a 2019 1500 big horn

What I’m asking you, if you found $10,000 and wanted to upgrade your truck cosmetically…. What would you do??

Starting pictures attached. Be detailed. I’m a noob! Lol : )
To be honest I think your truck looks really good as is. The AT tires look good and seem to have plenty of tread. Put the 10k in a CD at 5%.

If we are talking about putting 10k in mods in our trucks. Mine is also a 2019. I would do it the same as I did in 2019. Procharger (mine is the RAM on the Procharger website) 95mm throttle body, e fan , catch can, LSD, cosmetic mods, & remove the cheap black vinyl on the b pillars. Before and after. Sorry aboutt the after pic it was a hazy day.

Speaking of mudflaps. These will definitely change the look of the truck!

I like the look of your truck, but like others have said, new wheels and tires. Not a cosmetic item, I would also add a retractable bed step. I would put the remainder of the 10k in a CD and let it grow for future needs/upgrades.

Now you know I am gonna disagree with the CD. LOL But I would LOVE to know more about the retractable bed step. I am actually even thinking of SCing my 2011. The difference in these trucks is just unreal. Because the Hemi is just awesome from the start.
