I have a 2013 Ram 3500 6.7 Cummins with 600,000 and it states regen 100% full regen in process but it never regens. I can't clear the code as it just comes back is there a sensor that could be hampering this process? All thoughts will help thanks in advance.

There a DPF pressure sensor that could be the problem, given the number of miles it could be the DPF itself causing the problem.

I rebuilt it already. Cleaned out the tank and replaced the pump. New injector and lines.

How did you rebuild the DPF? Only way is cut it open and repacked the filter material and then rewelded the case shut or you just replace it.
What your describing sounds like it pertains to the DEF system that goes to the SCR. The DPF is before the SCR in the exhaust system.
As for the DPF pressure sensor, there's on before and after the DPF Itself and the wire back to a module, that entire assembly gets replaced.

I just pulled the unit down and washed it out till I had clean water running through with my power washer. Now it would be a lot easier cutting it open and cleaning it though and just re-welding it back together. I found out it was the Sensor on the top creating my headachce.

Did the replacement of the sensor and cleaned the SCR with cleaner foam it has no loss of power just the code that I can't remove.

But I still can't get rid of the code. Scheduled for the shop on the 27th of this month.

They replaced the cat and the big expensive muffler behind it was my problem thanks for all the advice I got on here. In the end everything is back working as it should hopefully for another 600,000 miles
