I think a 1907 Model T had better headlights! Anyway, any suggestions? Is it possible to just switch out bulbs without any other mods on my 22 RAM 1500? I am wondering because I could not do that on my BMW when I had it. Any bulb suggestions would be appreciated.

IF you have the standard lighting, you should have the H11 halogen bulb for your low beam.
You can do a simple upgrade by going to a halogen H9 bulb.

High beams should be 9005LL bulbs which you can upgrade to Philips 9011 high beams.

These cheap and easy to do bulbs will be a vast improvement over the H11 and 9005 bulbs.

If you need a hand, I am pretty close to you.

If they fit it still isn't a bolt in as programming would be needed.

Other than looks, there's really no plus to the taillights - even then when a couple of the LED's fail, you lose the "looks" battle.

Try "Auxito" leds. So far I am very pleased with their lights. I put them both a Projecter and non-projecter vehicles. Looking great.

That’s a bummer! I feel like my 21 limited has the best headlights of any car I’ve ever owned and that includes the 7 BMW’s that I’ve had.

I'm just curious here, but do you people live in the depths of hell or someplace? I have a 19 with factory headlight and fog lights and have zero issues with brightness. I see people complaining about the lights all the time but I just don't see it.. no pun.

Hell is a matter of opinion  Is your 19 LED? Then yes, factory is very good and good enough as far as I am concerned. Our 2019 Laramie with factory LED is way better than anything without LED. The ones that are upgraded LEDs that blind you on low beam are the problem.

Maybe the headlights just need to be adjusted? The headlights on my 2500 seemed really poor right from the get-go. At the same time, on 2-lane roads people were flashing their lights at me at night. I did some inquiry and found that the lights were easy to adjust on my own. Voila! The problem was poor adjustment from the factory. 20 minutes with a screwdriver was all it took...
