Shoddy workmanship and electronic issues with their TB's.

I gotcha. I think I’ll give them a chance since I’m not gonna be using any of their electronics. Everyone says they stand by their products and replace any defects if you get any. I picked out a nice jba y pipe section that’s for my truck that only replaces the actual y part so I can have a better flow and still use my Flowmaster high flow cats. Do you know anyone that makes a good electric cutout that uses a remote instead of a ******** toggle switch or cigarette lighter?

Like a wireless remote, no. I imagine someone does by now though. Even the ******** toggle is better than the cable operated or having to crawl under and remove the plates lol.

Actually the cigarette lighter is only for power to the controller receiver box, doesn’t a cigarette lighter plug only have positive and negative so I could just cut and wire it to the battery or 12v switched source and ground

Actually I believe it is, that’s what I can do and just keep the remote in the console

Fwiw you seem to be shooting yourself in the foot imo. Here is my thoughts:

You want one thing but are spending money on a half step. Then you won't have that money (because it's spent) to buy the parts you really want.

Ex. I knew I was going long tubes and full 3"dual. I ran my stock until I had all the parts needed to install my real exhaust.

If you want 500hp don't waste time or money on things that won't even support 400.
