Hey guys, I was just wondering what products, or what are some of the best ways you have found to clean up the dash area. In my '12 ram it seems like it gets dirty very fast, a lot faster than my 05. Any help would be appreciated.

Mothers or Adams products work well. Adams is a vendor here, so can always ask them for advice. Another suggestion could be adding an in cabin air filter, will keep dust and stuff from being blown in from the outside through your A/C.

It may sound crazy but I just spay some of my window cleaner (amonia free Sprayway) on the dash as I am cleaning the windows. Works great everytime!

Adams has an AWESOME new detailer coming out in a very short period of time. It cleans, neutralizes, conditions, and has an SPF.

I currently use their Waterless wash for quick dusting, but WILL be going to the new detailer when it comes out.

You really want to stay away from silicon containing products. They attract dust and dirt. You also want to make sure if you're using a conditioner, that it has an SPF.

I clean with a damp towel to get rid of any dirt scuffs and dust, then treat with 303. It doesn't smell the greatest but works like a hot damn to protect.

I used Mothers VLR on one of our cars recently and I was very pleased with it. It gave a nice "new" shine without an oily or slick residue left behind.

If you guys like the 303 you'd LOVE Adams SVRT. I used to use 303, but it's lack of water resistance made me look elsewhere. SVRT is water based like 303, but still resists water. Meaning tires and exterior plastics bead water. It also means (like 303) it doesn't attract dust like silicon containing products.

Surf City Dash Away is my favorite. I used to use 303. Dash Away cleans a lot better, and leaves a totally natural finish. If you prefer glossy/greasy/ArmorAll look, you won't like it. If you want your interior clean, fresh smelling (I hated the smell of 303), and all natural-looking, it's a great product. You can often find at WalMart or other Auto Parts stores. Dash Away also contains UVA/B protectants. Their customer support is top notch. I have no affiliation with them. I am on their mailing lists, and have gotten numerous cash rebates, and 2 T-shirts as rebates.
