So yesterday I backed into a concrete vault which left a nice big dent in my rear bumper, so now i get to look for a new one :D (not even mad! :party36: )

Which one do you guys think i should get or any recommendations on which?

Addictive desert designs: about $2000. My fav because i could paint it to match my front bumper, but that price is crazy for a rear bumper...

Smittybilt rear bumper: around $1200 i think (?)

Iron cross: $1100 bucks (possibly my second fav, partly because of price but not sure how itd look on my truck.

Road armor: $1500 bucks

CJC Offroad: $1000+ shipping.
This ones definitely different but im not sure about it

If thats your truck in the sig then you have to go with the prerunner style one. If you off road a lot then you could bolt that baby to the frame and pull with it. And you could mount anything to it. I like the pre runner style to be honest. However if you have a stock bumper I would go with number one, and ONLY pay 2grand if it came with the lights.. that is crazy expensive lol

also.. if I may add, I would add some more sheet metal to protect the bottom of the rear fenders, so my opinion is the last one, or have one made.

You like the last CJC offroad one the best?? Yeah it definitely looks strong enough for some d rings and stuff eh!

I have the Addictive desert designs front bumper thats why id like to match it with the rear. but theres no way im paying 2000 bucks for that bumper! and then id have to get it powder coated my colors ontop of that, nope!

The CJC one just needs a couple more things and it would be perfect, another tube going around wrapping under the fenders would look alot better then just the single bar.

Thanks for the opinion man, maybe i should try sending out a picture of the last one then add a couple ideas to it and see the cost!

^^ it may save you a few penny's too maybe they will throw in some powdercoating? I had a Ford Ranger and NO ONE made bumpers for it so I always go to custom made first in my mind, unless you own a Jeep all off the shelf bumpers are big bucks..

2012 Ram Truck 1500 Boondock Bumpers - Heavy Duty Truck Bumper

Boondock has some as well. I like the look of em. I just bout the 95R series front bumper and the Round Fog light rear bumper, they have 2 different rear bumpers. Square fog lights ($896.99) and Round fog lights ($749.99) for the rear bumper. I know the last one is on a ford but they come custom build for specific trucks. just gives you an another idea.

Yeah, the Jeep guys got it made, everything is cheap. You could do full bolt on body armor, 3inch suspension lift, both bumpers with winch, tube doors lights and tires for around 5 grand. and the most expensive part would be the wheels and tires lol.

Exactly haha not to mention all of the little light mounts for about a trillion different spots for dirt cheap.. then theres us who have to pay like 150 bucks just to mount a 50 inch light!

That's the best part of them lol! Only thing is after purchase it usually takes about 2-3 weeks before they ship, don't know why, guess they are being made or whatever, So if you wait till you get to the states make sure you order in advance to getting there, so that they will arrive while you are still there lol.

Not sure I would ever need something as aggressive as the Boondock one up front but that is a nice looking rear bumper and much better than factory. Says drillable for the backup sensors even, although drilling them has be to a ***** with that big a hole. It's definitely worth bookmarking and see if it will fit in the garage after I order my truck.

Hahaha yeah youd be right on that one! youd be better off using a hole saw then a drill bit in my opinion.

Its definitely on my radar! The CJC one, boondock and iron cross are my favorites so far

Go heavy, too many ******* love to rear end folks, make them pay when they choose you. Good for towing as well. My vote is 2 or 3.

Haha you have a point on that one, i just am not sure it would match up well with the rest of my truck is all, since it wouldnt match the front :/ but the iron cross one is the cheapest and most easily accesable at this pont
