2018 Ram Big Horn, 5.7L Starting Issue
I have been having an intermitent starting issue for the last several thousand miles. I have replaced the four-year old battery during this time as well to rule that out. Whistling, vacuum sounding noise in interior.
I had a similar issue. The in cabin filter wasn't seated properly. I reseated it and made sure the cover was on correctly and the noise went away.- ldgguy
