Shock upgrade
I went through four sets before finally getting the Carli power wagon specific shocks and they’re good. I two a 16ft flatbed fairly regularly with bikes and gear. Loaded and unloaded they’re good on and off road.- 70UTE

Electric fan
I have a 13 Ram 2500 5.7 hemi. I don’t know how I missed it but while replacing the fan clutch I noticed the electric fan. It dawned on me that I’ve never heard the electric fan run or kick on. Leaky brakes, or bad axle seal?
Likely to be axle/wheel seal. Just a few months ago I had to do the rear axle seals in the middle of a 2000 mile roadtrip. TorqueKing.com has everything in one kit at a reasonable price.- 70UTE

Dropped it off with the local Ram service center. Explained the entire dialog with them. They completed a relearn and “software update”. Completed a test drive and was able to repeat the rpm loss while accelerating and driving under load. Interesting that they could not find a single thing...- 70UTE

I tend to be on the proactive side of fluid changes. Oil is done at 4500 no questions. Trans is between 20 and 30K. Agreed that there are many differences between the two but I’m over particular about scheduled maintenance.- 70UTE

Anyone tried the ball joint delete option?
I have the American iron off-road delete. Haven’t had any trouble with them going on 10k miles. They’re expensive but so far so good. 2013 Gas 2500 if that helps.- 70UTE
