Leveling - Outdoorsman
I used the Eibach Sport Level Lift, no spacers. Longer shock and dual rate spring in back for 1" and longer struts and springs in front for 3-1/2" Sits level, looks good rides great. -
Tire Recommendations
I have Cooper with a 60,000 rating after 50,000 still 11/32 left, that's about 50%. Great traction, dead silent. AT3 so good aggressive tread too. Just lifted
I put on the Eibach Stage level lift. It’s 3.5” front 1” rear. My factory tires were the equivalent of 33” I went up a little to the equivalent of 34”. Using apps that track actual speed my indicated speed is now actually correct. With factory tires it was off slightly. -
Advice for potential used truck buyer
I heard you should check the idle hours percentage. Under 25% is best. Since it’s at idle that the lifters and cam starve for oil. Avoid Cooper Tires Especially Discoverer at3
I have them on my Ram too, but I got them in 275/65R20 to be 34" instead of 33". My only complaint is I really feel that extra 17lbs on rough roads and my city MPG suffered a bit. "Service Airbag System" warning and airbag light
Don't know if it is the issue, but I get a service airbag light sometimes. Jiggling the harness under the driver seat gets rid of it. Loose connector I guess. I sometimes store plastic shopping bags under the seat and disturb it.- Elwood

Ready to sell this truck. lol. Alignment issue after Zone UCA install?
Hi, in February 2021 I had the Eibach 3-1/2" front 1" rear lift/level installed and the Zone UCAs same as you have, I believe. I also installed 275/75/20 tires, basically a 34" by 11" tire. The 4X4 shop that did the install also did the alignment. No issues. Got about 35,000 plus miles on it since. -

Can these marks on the 8.4 screen be polished out?
I bought a used 2019 Classic. The morons that detail them for the lot put that oily shine crap everywhere, including the touch screen. I think it ate my coating. Now that the shiny crap is off, looks like years of finger touching wear spots. Truck came with only 21,000 miles. Former rental. But...- Elwood

Towing ?
I got the 2019 1500 Classic 5.7 Hemi my travel trailer is between 3,500lbs and 4,000lbs I towed from Stockton to Orange, CA that's a bunch of small hills and 5,000 plus foot climb. I got 14.6 MPG going down and 11 MPG coming back. Way back was strong headwind and I was doing close to 70 MPH...- Elwood

Question about those that own 6'4" vs 5'7"
I started out looking for a 5'7" but ended up with a 6'4". The shorter bed would've allowed garage parking, but it would've been tight. I was wondering about that, so you do lose travel going to high on the strut? Anyone done the strut on a lower setting and put a spacer on top? better travel and still higher. -

I also have the 2019, was 40" in back when I got it, but with full gas and a 50lb bed cover I've dropped to 39" My front is 36" ish. I'm hoping the Eibach doesn't make me front high. If so, I was thinking 1" rear spacer. Also have been considering just doing the Zone kit with UCA's and a 2"... -

One more year for the "Classic"
The new version has it's place, but the Classic is just that, Classic. I just got a used 2019, always loved the looks of this truck. Love the 5.7 Hemi, actually have seen 24 mpg sometimes and so much power. I just wish the aftermarket sites would get their act together and list the 1500 Classic...- Elwood
