Not Toyo's, but I have about 1000 miles on some 285/75/17's Nitto Trail Grapplers. I had 35" TG's on my old F150 and always like them. They seem to be working well on my PW.
I'm at around 1600 miles since getting mine a couple of months ago. I really only haul lumber so the payload thing isn't an issue for me. I wanted the off-road capabilities. I'm really enjoying it so far. I put Amp power steps on which made my wife happy.
Guess I'll just keep stepping on the tire like I've always done. I installed Amp power steps which are great. The should make a bed step that comes down when you drop the tailgate. Looks like they could come up with a better position when it's down and get it to be hidden when it's up. Thought...
I thought about putting 35x 12.5's on my new 2020 PW, but ended up going with 285/75R17 Trail Grapplers. Pretty much an inch taller than stock size. I personally like the look. I see a lot of trucks in my area with big 35"+ tires that stick out past the fenders. They kinda look like giant...
Don't care for the grill. The wheels are meh. The off-road pages may be cool, but I've lived my whole life with out them. I would just get a normal PW.
I'm going to give them shit Monday. Not happy.
I'm going to pull the other 3 tomorrow. If they are all like that would I be wrong to want them replaced? I mean the truck cost me $63k and I have 1k miles on it.
Hey folks. A week ago I had 285/75R17 Nitto Trail Grapplers installed on my stock PW at my local Dodge dealer. They told me when I picked up the truck I might hear some clicking coming from the wheels and it's from the stickers they put on the tires from the factory. I thought that was weird...
The truck came with 285/70R17 which are roughly 33 inches. I put 285/75R17 on which are roughly 34 inches. I wanted a tire that was a little better in the mud so I got Trail Grapplers and went up a size. I'll probably go back to a AT after I'm done building my house.
Thanks for your reply. I will be getting a 3rd party tool after I do my research. I had my truck out on the highway yesterday. My speedo was saying 70 and my phone GPS was saying 72. Not a big deal. The mileage is my bigger concern over time.
Bigger tires will throw your speed off. Most guys use an aftermarket thingy the plugs in the OBD2 port that can correct it. I think there is a way the dealer can update the VIN or something. That's what I'm trying to find out.

So I put 285/75R17's on my new 2020 PW. My dealer doesn't seem to know how to update the VIN or whatever to get the speedometer and odometer correct. Who knows about this so I can explain it to my dealer? Thanks.
In my experience, FCA is the worst to deal with. I had alignment problems with my 18 Hellcat Challenger which had to go back to the dealer a dozen times before it was fixed. At the time I ended up getting an attorney because I thought the car was unfixable. I was going to sue FCA to buy the car...
I don't have a Tazer for my PW, but I do have one on my 18 Challenger Hellcat. They work good. I wouldn't hesitate putting one on my PW. Only downside is cost.
Why? You like them? I prefer the older plain ones. I'm having a hard time warming up to that notch thing at the top. If I knew the factory 2018 PW flares worked, I'd order those. I'm not going to go with anything other than OEM.
I never had it until it came with my Hellcat and GC Trailhawk. Now I have it in my new Power Wagon. I use it all the time. If you vehicle is garage kept it's not really that big of deal, but if it's kept outside it's worth every penny. It's nice to get into a warm truck in the middle of winter...
