What's your gas mileage with 3.92 gearing and the 5.7?
Just did an almost 300 mile trip (each way, so almost 600 total) the other weekend. 2020 Limited, 3.92 gears, 5.7 (no eTorque), 4x4, Falken A/T tires on 18" Rebel rims. You leave it running and leave....
It did that in my 2014, but not my 2020. It chimes a few times (softer than my 2014), and then quits chiming. My wife was very happy with this, so that she could stay in the truck and not be annoyed by the chimes while I got out to do something.- jasonw

Headlights too weak
They have in other forums I'm a part of. The LED reflectors are way better, hands down. Many say they're among the best headlights they've ever had in a truck. -

Anyone find a way to disable the auto parking break when driving with the door open?
Maybe I never did it properly, but the few times I needed it in off-road type situations with older trucks, I craned my neck out the window or leaned out slightly. That being said, I can understand this argument more than the backing up one. -
2020 1500 eTorque with terrible MPG
Sorry if this is a dumb question or I missed it earlier in the thread... how does it cost you $2240? If I add it on the RAM website to various trims, it adds $445, and doesn't seem to trigger any "you must also add this and that and the kitchen sink" pop-ups. What am I missing?- jasonw

power drain
The way I used to solve this on older cars was to start pulling fuses, one at a time. Its dead? OK, recharge battery, put that fuse back in, pull a different one that may be a likely suspect. Repeat until the drain stopped, and then you had probably just identified the guilty circuit...- jasonw

Amen. When I saw my current 2020 on the lot, the only thing it had that I hadn't originally wanted was the Black Appearance Group. But it really grew on me, and I thought "what the heck, lets give it a shot." Saved me the trouble of having to wait for the delivery of a 2021.- jasonw

I think Ram needs an SUV...
Unfortunately, with the Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer coming soon, which at least one (if not both) supposedly based at least partly on a Ram 1500 frame, they probably wouldn't want to compete with themselves too much by introducing a Ram SUV. One or both are also targeting the luxury market...- jasonw
