I would think that you would be good to go if you have no leaks. working for a construction company we see our tires get torn up alot and for small nails we don't usually have to many issues as long as we don't get a hole in the tire
I got my 2015 longhorn for 22,000 with 92000 miles on it. Prices very by location though. In my opinion the rams have alot more nice creature comforts and are more comfortable trucks to drive than the fords are. I think it mostly comes down to your own personal preference.
108,000 miles and running great. My windshield washer fluid level sensor went bad this week (4 bucks to replace) and some warranty work was done on it for the gas cap light around 96,000 miles other than that no problems at all.
