    The 2020 and earlier 12" infotainment centers have a lengthy history of issues and I am dealing with it now in my 2019. I looked at the Etorque and immediately dismissed it do to future maintenance cost and something else to fail.

    I went thru customer care for my 2019 and they entered a case. That has been 2months ago and not a word from them. Chrysler customer care is a joke. I have owned a total of 10 dodge/jeep vehicles and am done with them after this experience.

    Screen changing by itself

    It is a design flaw that from the research I have done looks to be to little memory. The touch screen itself still works but no audio functions work including and cell phone/hands free functions.

    I would strongly recommend staying away from the 12" infotainment center unless you are looking at a 2021 model. All the previous 12" infotainment centers are junk.

    This is not new software or hardware. It has been out since before 2017, they should have had these issued resolved if there were any chance they could be fixed.
